Transcript: How to enable statements, notices and tax forms
In this video, we'll show you how to choose your preferred delivery method for your bank statements, important notices and tax documents at CIBC.
To start, sign on to your CIBC US Digital Banking account.
Click on My Documents at the top left under Home. Then click on Delivery Preferences.
This page lists statements, notices, and your tax forms and how you currently receive this information: online or by paper.
If you want all of your account statements online, click the link Switch All to Online beside account.
If you wish to receive specific statements on paper, just click Paper beside those accounts.
Scrolling down, you can make the same choices with notices and with your tax forms. Your tax documents are individual and not an account, so there's only one option here.
Once you've made all your choices, hit the Save button. Please note, you can change these settings at any time. Just remember to hit the Save button when you do.
Finally, you need to read through and accept the CIBC Bank USA Electronic Documents Agreement and disclosure document.
Once this is done, you'll receive a confirmation notice and the process will be complete.
