Timeframes for processing

Our objective generally is to begin processing requests on the same business day they were received, if received by 3:00 pm local time; if received after 3:00 pm, we will begin processing them on the next business day. Requests to freeze funds can be fulfilled only during weekday business days, during business hours that our systems are available to fulfill such requests.

For subpoenas and other requests for production of records, we will gather and produce the records as soon as possible, but processing and production timeframes will depend on the volume and nature of the information requested.

Fees for processing

We charge fees for our time and costs, as allowed by applicable law. We will provide notice to you of these fees before charging them. We may require that you pay these fees before we produce any records to you.
