Transcript: How to review statements, notices and tax forms

Viewing your financial information online at CIBC US Digital Banking offers you a major benefit: convenience.

Your information is always at your fingertips. You can print or download only what you need, and you don't have a pile of unnecessary paper to dig through or organize. Best of all, it's easy.

To view your financial information online, sign on to your CIBC US Digital Banking account.

Click on My Documents at the top left under Home.

Select what you'd like to view: Statements and Notices or Tax Forms. Let's choose Statements and Notices.

Choose the account you'd like to view.

Thirteen months of statements are automatically shown, but you can change this to suit your specific needs.

If necessary, you can go all the way back to seven years. Now you can view all of the statements or all of the notices available within the range of time chosen.

You're also able to switch between accounts to view other documents.

Navigating back to My Documents, we’ll choose Tax Forms. This time, the current year or currently available year automatically comes up, but you can choose which year you wish to view. You're able to go back seven years or as long as you've had the account.
