Transcript: How to sign on

Welcome to CIBC US Digital Banking.

You'll find our user-friendly site both convenient and easy to use.

In this video, we're going to take you through the simple steps to sign on to the CIBC US Digital Banking. Let's begin.

Sign On options are at the top right of the homepage.

Click the red Sign On button.

This will bring you to the sign on to CIBC US Digital Banking page.

If you're new to the website, you must register to do so.

At the bottom of the page, click on the Register for CIBC US Digital Banking link to securely choose your username and password with your credentials.

Enter your user ID into the space provided for future convenience.

You can choose the option Remember My User ID just above the Sign On button and your user ID will automatically come up.

When you enter the page, enter your case sensitive password and click the Sign On button below.

Once signed on, you'll be taken to your overview or homepage where you can access all of your accounts and available features.

You may be prompted for a one-time verification code for security purposes.

From the dropdown menu, you can choose to receive the code by text or by phone call.

When you receive the code, type it into the empty box.

Then hit submit.

Now you're able to access your overview page.
