CIBC’s escrow services team acts as Agent for M&A-related transactions — earn-outs, holdbacks, indemnifications, working capital adjustments, and good faith deposits — as well as class-action settlements, bankruptcy liquidations, qualified settlement funds and more. There is no minimum account size required, and services are offered on a competitive fee schedule.

Custody services

Get a range of custodial services for individuals, corporations, foundations and endowments, as well as financial institutions, money managers (RIAs) and investment consultants. Custodial services are also available for family and multifamily offices.
