Write to us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no more than one year after your loan has been transferred, or the mortgage loan is “discharged” which means the debt and corresponding liens have been released.
In your letter, give us the following information:
- Your name and account number;
- A statement of the error you believe has occurred; or
- A statement of the information you are requesting with respect to your mortgage loan
